Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the original purchase date. Items should be in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, send us a note at brad@westmaquoitvinegarworks.com within 48 hours. Including a photo of the damaged item helps us make things right faster.
