Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are an international customer, feel free to email us, and we can get you a shipping quote.

Damages & Issues
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at brad@westmaquoitvinegarworks.com with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
