Turmeric Cider Vinegar

In the fall of 2023, we crafted a robust apple cider, fermented with locally grown turmeric from Replenova Farm in Durham. After resting the hard cider through the winter, we began the transformation into vinegar in the spring of 2024.

This vinegar was made in a single, extremely small batch—available in limited quantities and sure to sell out quickly.

Fragrant and musky, the fruitiness of the apples perfectly balances the pungent mustard-like notes of turmeric, creating a complex, rounded flavor.

We love using this Turmeric Cider Vinegar to brighten curries, craft bold dressings, and create healthy tonics and shrubs.

Turmeric Cider Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
