Blue Fire Vinegar starts with our Wild Blueberry Vinegar infused with locally grown botanicals and sweetened with a touch of Maine honey.  We sourced fresh ginger and turmeric from nearby Replenova Farm in Durham.  Onions, garlic, and dried cayenne peppers from our own garden.  Blue Fire Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
