Mushroom Ale Vinegar started with a collaboration with Black Pug Brewing and their beer, “The Leshen” a Scotch ale with shiitake, oyster and porcini mushrooms in the boil and toffee sweetness. The finished vinegar is infused with dried Black Trumpet mushrooms and aged with toasted oak.  Mushroom Ale Vinegar is woodsy, earthy and savory.

Use it to deglaze a pan of caramelized onions, mushrooms, or some roasted root veggies. Splash it on your burgers, add it to your stir frys and stews.

Mushroom Ale Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
