Made in collaboration with Black Pug Brewing, using their Cafe Brulot Stout. Inspired by the famed flaming cocktail from New Orleans this Stout Ale was brewed with Chicory, coffee, cinnamon, clove, orange peel, lemon peel, cherry and raisin. This vinegar is boldly spiced with Cola flavors, citrus highlights, plenty of roasted grain notes and a complex finish.

Use Chicory Stout Vinegar to glaze a ham, toss with your roasted squash, make a memorable holiday mocktail, and as the tart foil to an ultra rich toffee pudding.
