Our Olde Wine Vinegar began with a private collection of wines, spanning the past 5 decades. A mixture of red, white, sparkling, dessert, and fruit wines, there is a complexity that comes through from some of these highly oxidized and sediment heavy wines. Tawny color with lots of dried fruits on the nose, Olde Wine Vinegar has a subtle and layered flavor suitable for a range of culinary uses:  in the place of a white wine or champagne vinegar, just expect a bit more zing! Give complexity to vinaigrettes, deglaze pans and build layers of taste. We keep this culinary chameleon on our counter and close at hand.
