Fruit & Flower Vinegar starts with fruits, berries, and flowers that are harvested locally, a truly unique expression of the season and a full year in the making. In 2020, we fermented strawberries, rhubarb, peaches, raspberries, apples, pears, and blueberries. The vinegar is then infused with nasturtium, rose, calendula, basil, dill, sage, lemon marigold, yarrow, chive, and hyssop flowers. Intensely perfumed and berry-forward, it finishes with notes of pepper and honey.

Mix in cocktails and shrubs, craft memorable dressings, or enjoy a sip or two at a time.

This naturally fermented, unpasteurized vinegar contains live cultures and may have trace amounts of alcohol remaining from the fermentation process.
