Fruit & Flower Vinegar
Fruit & Flower Vinegar starts with fruits, berries and flowers that are harvested locally. A truly unique expression of the season, and a full year in the making. In 2020 we fermented strawberries, rhubarb, peaches, raspberries, apples, pears, and blueberries. We then infused the vinegar with nasturtium, rose, calendula, basil, dill, sage, lemon marigold, yarrow, chive, and hyssop flowers. Fruit & Flower Vinegar is intensely perfumed, berry forward, and finishes with notes of pepper and honey.
Mix in cocktails and shrubs, craft memorable dressings, or enjoy a sip or two at a time.
Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
