Maple Vinegar
Maple Vinegar is made with top quality Organic Maple syrup from Sawyer’s Maple Farm in Jackman. Each spring they produce a high quality pure syrup from the trees on their farm in the hills of Western Maine. We ferment the syrup into a robust stock that ages in oak barrels over the Summer and Fall, before the transformation into vinegar during the long Winter. Maple Vinegar is sharply acidic, balanced by a touch of maple sweetness. A natural pairing with butter, eggs, and baked goods. Sauces and glazes, both sweet and savory are easily enhanced with a touch of Maple brightness.
