Mushroom Ale Hot Vinegar
Our most intensely flavored vinegar project to date. We have combined our Mushroom Ale Vinegar with a house fermented hot sauce made from Dharma Farm Aji Peach peppers and dried porcini mushrooms. Aged together and then filtered, the resulting combination is remarkable. Chocolate and mushroom aromas give way to the searing pepper heat and bracing tartness.
Mushroom Ale Hot Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
