Tomato & Bacon Vinegar is one of our most unusual flavors to date. We started with a fired-roasted tomato wine, infused copious amounts of bacon and bacon fat, and finished with plenty of applewood smoke. 

Unexpectedly bright, with salty pork and smoke flavors dominating.

We use this Tomato & Bacon Vinegar in warm vinaigrettes, pasta salads and to make an out of this world  BLT dressing.
