Peach Raspberry Vinegar is made from a blend of fruit wines, with fruit sourced from local orchards and berry farms. This bottling is made from 4 separate batches of wine, made in 2021 and 2021.

A lovely rose color, Peach Raspberry Vinegar is a delightful melding of flavors. We find neither fruit dominates, but if pressed we find the Peaches to lead the way with Raspberries on the finish. Mildly sweet and juicy while retaining a strong acidity. Use Peach Raspberry Vinegar with fresh cheese like burrata, to add vibrancy to summer cocktails and drip it on your freshest, ripest fruits.
