Our first batch of Tomato wine, made from local tomatoes in 2021 with raw fruits fermented “on lees” resulted in a surprisingly clear, fragrant wine. 

Tomato Vinegar features vegetable notes, Umami, and a subtle salinity Match with cucumbers, scallops and fresh cheeses.

Tomato Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
